The second edition of CollabXperience took place at Eugénio de Almeida Foundation, in Évora, on September 19 and 20, 2018. There were 44 partner companies attending the event from 21 different countries, with a total of 150 participants – which reflects a 40% increase in attendance compared to the previous year.
Two days of presentations about Collab’s latest developments, lectures by collaborators and invited companies, followed by networking activities, dinner and a ceremony of awards ”COLLAB SPECIAL AWARDS”.
This edition had an emphasis on special projects of Artificial Intelligence, Sentiment Analysis and progresses in the OneContactPortal and Cloud PBX. There were also Speech Analytics and Chat and Vocal Bots’ live demos – technologies that allow the analysis of expressed feelings, keyword detection, automatic transcription, talkover and silence periods during a call.
We had a very positive feedback from this CollabXperience edition and we believe that the company’s growth is also reflected in the growth of the event itself. With a SaaS offer that represents around 85% of the company’s sales volume, distributed around 40 countries, Collab feels confident to face future challenges, along with our worldwide network of partners.
