INSURANCE COMPANY OK! TELESEGUROS LAUNCHES CONTACT CENTER FOR HEARING IMPAIRED COMMUNITY
“OK! Teleseguros”, the internet-based insurance company of the Fidelidade group, officially launched their Video Contact Center service, based in sign language to support the hearing impaired community.
The service “OK! Gestual” is available between 9am and 7pm, delivering support and assistance services (all insurance areas), through a videocall and a dedicated team of sign language specialists.
There is a universe of 100.000 people, of which 70.000 are daily drivers who may need road assistance.
