How does the free trial work?

To start a free trial, you just need to set up an account. Within 24 working hours you will be given access to Nubitalk’s features including all types of media channels. Communications are not included in the trial but you may buy them directly from the self-management portal.
What happens when the trial ends?

Before your trial ends, you will receive an email to help you choose one of our plans, and keep using Nubitalk. If you don’t change to any of our plans within 30 days, your account will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to interact with your customers.

Can I cancel my subscription?

If you pay your subscription on a monthly basis, the cancellation will take effect immediately after you finish your last paid period. In case you have an annual subscription plan, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your contract term.
