With OneContact WFO 2.1.0.42 release, enhanced options regarding agents’ schedule management make it possible to:

• Set rules concerning working days and leaves
• Automatically detect the rotation shift
• Enable supervisors to set more than one vacation day at once

OneContact WFO latest version allows to define the number of days that an agent must rest after working a maximum of predefined days. As an example, it is possible to define the number of leaves when the agent reaches the maximum consecutive working days already scheduled.
