This project is a cooperation between Collab and Universidade Nova, delivering a platform for Tourism agents, allowing them to strengthen their support services to tourists. By combining GeoGamification with multimedia contact center, this booming sector will have richer experiences and greater motivation for discovering touristic itineraries and cultural experiences.

Suggestions for tourist itineraries, including tours, or preferential experiences (e.g. Lisbon churches, Art Museums, Gourmet Restaurants, etc.) through the digital channel (website, tablet or smartphone) or telephone channel (real-time voice or IVR).

Social networking with other tourists who use the platform, using a tablet, smartphone, or computer, thereby optimizing the possibility of recruiting other tourists for tours or reporting problems (closed sites, huge queues, etc.)

Gamification based on Challenges and Achievements supported by Geocaching (GPS), where tourist itinerary suggestions can be completed by collecting points for visiting the locations of the suggested experiences - as proven by georeferenced photos or passwords with location codes.

Native integration with multimedia contact center (Contact) for tourist support, geographically contextualized information ("Near you I recommend..."), taxi service, and push notifications for other tourists ("Who wants to join to this tour?"). Possibility of including an IP softphone in the app (a technology already available at Collab) for calls to be debited in the extension associated with the tourist's hotel room.

Open contributions from the participants in the contents of the knowledge base, enriching the initial content provided by the platform operator's Contact Center team - obtained from integration with existing platforms (Foursquare, TripAdvisor, etc.) - with content "discovered" by the participants (lookouts, spots, restaurants, etc.)

Managing Loyalty systems through points accumulated by tourists in their Geocaching- and Quiz-based Gamification performance. These points can then be redeemed for benefits offered by the tourist agents that have joined the service, as listed in the platform (example: Travesseiro cakes at Piriquita)
The services based on Contact Center multimedia platform use advanced techniques of Artificial Intelligence and Business Analytics. From a technological perspective, this project uses the latest technologies:
