Cirion and Collab brought together Contact Center and CX leaders in Lima for an executive workshop on AI-powered Contact Center software. The session took place at Amoramar, in San Isidro, in a small-group format built for conversation rather than slides.
The event was designed for end customers. Around 25 companies joined, 30 people in total. The room mixed telco, banking, insurance, retail and service operations, all with the same question on the table: how do we move AI from a pilot into the daily work of the Contact Center?
Three speakers led the session: Gianni Hanawa, Country Sales Director ate Cirion, our partner in Peru; Miguel Noronha, Chief Sales Officer at Collab; and Rodrigo Méndez, Regional Sales Manager at Collab.
The agenda followed the path a Contact Center takes when it adopts AI for real.
Cirion brings the infrastructure, connectivity and local presence that Contact Centers in Peru rely on. Collab brings more than 20 years of Contact Center software and an AI-first approach to CX. Together, we give companies in the region a path to AI that starts with one use case, proves value fast and expands without provider lock-in or forced migrations.
Thank you to Cirion for hosting the session with us, and to every company that took an afternoon to work through these topics with our teams. The questions asked in the room are already shaping what we show next.
If you were not able to join us and want to see AI Studio applied to a use case from your own operation, let's talk.
