With our partner iAgility, we brought AI Studio and OneContact to the French CX market. Voice, digital and AI together on one single platform, live on the show floor.
Two days with the Latin American CX community in Cartagena. We showed Virtual Agents and Agent Assist working inside a live Contact Center operation.
We joined the Associação Portuguesa de Contact Centers event in Lisbon, our home market. 20+ years in this industry started here, and it is still where we test ideas first.
