2026 has kept us on the road. Trade show floors, live demos, conversations with CX teams from Barcelona to Cartagena. The suitcases barely made it home before Latin America called us back. Here is where we have been, and where we are heading next. Where we have been:

MWC Barcelona | March 3 to 6

CX SUMMIT BY BPRO Cartagena | May 6 to 7

 Two days with the Latin American CX community in Cartagena. We showed Virtual Agents and Agent Assist working inside a live Contact Center operation. photo_colombia

 

APCC Lisboa | May 26

 We joined the Associação Portuguesa de Contact Centers event in Lisbon, our home market. 20+ years in this industry started here, and it is still where we test ideas first. photo_APCC
